Recognized as the number one Sire in America in 1987, Unruly also achieved acclaim in your racing career. You began your career in a big way, Unruly, when you became the youngest dog ever to run the Timberline Stake in Denver in 1980. You went on to win the $120,000 Hollywoodian in 1981.

In your bid for New England’s Triple Crown, you finished second in the Rhode Island Derby, Fourth in the Wonderland Derby, and placed as a finalist in the American Derby. You reached the finals at the Biscayne Irish-American Classic, ran second in the Biscayne Derby, and finished 1981 by running second in the Flagler International.

Starting 1982 by qualifying for the Floridian in Hollywood, you captured your second major stake race by repeating your victory as champ of the Hollywoodian.

In recognition of your achievements, you were named 1981 Captain of the All-American Team and 1981 Flashy Sir Award winner. Your all-time purse earnings of $190,000, Unruly, have earned you a place in greyhound history.
